CONTINUAL MOBILIZATION AND ENGAGEMENT OF POSTPARTUM HEMORRHAGE STAKEHOLDERS

Activity Description

The PPH Foundation convened over 30 stakeholders drawn from nearly 20 organisations at the Pan Pacific Suites on 14th November. The stakeholders included representatives from the University of Nairobi, the Kenya Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society, the Midwives Association of Kenya, the Health NGOs Network (HENNET), the Council of Governors, Jacaranda Health, UNICEF, PATH, Eldon Biologicals A/S, Glenmark Pharma, the Kenya Red Cross Society, CHAI, the Association of Medical Students University of Nairobi (AMSUN), CHAK, the Reproductive Health Network Kenya, MEDS, the Centre for Reproductive Health and Development, PractHealth, KMTC and the Machozi ya Mwisho Initiative.

The stakeholders engaged in interactive sessions comprising plenary presentations and focused group discussions, aimed at receiving and synthesising feedback on the fifth-quarter activities and harnessing additional insights to enhance the effectiveness of the End PPH Initiative.
