The PPH Project is dedicated to tackling the global issue of postpartum hemorrhage, a leading cause of maternal mortality and morbidity.
The PPH Foundation on 17th September, 2025at Pumwani Maternity Hospital awarded certificates to ten (10) Community Health Promotors (CHPs) as End Post Partum Haemorrhage (EPPH) advocacy champions. The CHPs had received training on the risk factors, community interventions and hospital management of PPH, as well as nuggets of effective EPPH Championship. The CHPs had demonstrated a clear understanding of their role in community prevention of PPH.
