TRAINING VARIOUS CADRES OF HEALTHCARE WORKERS TO COMBAT POSTPARTUM HEMORRHAGE

Activity Description

The PPH Foundation on 17th September, undertook training of various cadres of health care workers in Kamukunji sub-county, Nairobi. They included midwives, nurses, theatre staff, clinicians and technologists. The training was aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills among HCW, on the prediction, early detection, prevention, management and follow-up of PPH. The half-day interactive training was facilitated by the EPPH-i lead & co-leads Prof Obimbo, Dr Kireki, Dr Wandji and Prof Ogeng’o.
